Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • All labels, seals, and safety wraps must be intact

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Food and consumable items, including honey, coffee, spices, and edible products

  • Personal care and beauty products (such as oils, rose water, soaps, and skincare items), if opened or used

  • Hygiene-related items once unsealed

  • Custom or special-order items

  • Sale items and gift cards

If you are unsure whether an item is eligible for return, please contact us before purchasing.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If your return is approved, the fastest way to receive another item is to place a new order separately.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you of the status.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks or credit card providers may take additional time to process the refund.
